The Eagles are taking a road trip to face off against the Huskies at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Leyden came out on top against Hinsdale South on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run seventh inning. The Eagles blew past the Hornets 7-1. The Eagles not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since April 17th (when they won 13-1).

Leyden got a great performance from Elias Carrillo as he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 11 over six innings pitched. Those 11 strikeouts gave Carrillo a new career-high.
