Softball Recap: Desert Mirage Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Desert Mirage, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They had just enough and edged out the California School for the Deaf-Riverside Cubs 14-13 on Tuesday.

Desert Mirage's win bumped their record up to 2-4. As for California School for the Deaf-Riverside, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Desert Mirage will host Cathedral City at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for California School for the Deaf-Riverside, they will welcome Public Safety Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. California School for the Deaf-Riverside is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.3 runs per game this season.
