Soccer Recap: Upperman Comes Up Short

After flying high against York Institute last Tuesday, Upperman came back down to earth. The Bees took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the White County Warriors on Monday. Upperman have struggled against White County recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Upperman's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11-1. As for White County, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Upperman does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for White County, they will challenge Stone Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. White County's defense better be ready for this one: Stone Memorial have averaged an impressive 2.9 goals per game this season.
