Volleyball Game Preview: Denmark vs. Creekview Grizzlies

After both having extra time off, Denmark and the Creekview Grizzlies will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a three-game winning streak alive.

Denmark is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Georgia's top teams: Clarkston, who was ranked fifth at the time (Denmark was ranked fourth). Denmark narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Clarkston 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory Denmark has posted since April 25, 2024.

Denmark had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 25-27, 25-21, 15-3.

Meanwhile, Creekview was able to grind out a solid win over North Cobb last Tuesday, taking the game 2-0.

Creekview's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Denmark, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.
