Volleyball Recap: Bremen Comes Up Short

Bremen was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Kankakee Kays.

The defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Kankakee scored at least 17 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-17.

Bremen's loss dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Kankakee, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season.

Bremen will head out to challenge Thornton Fractional North at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kankakee, they will welcome Rich Township at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
