Football Recap: Hunter Dailey Key Part of Team Effort in Broncos Win + How To Watch

Bishop Union was handed a 40-point defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Mission College Prep Royals, sneaking past 19-17.

Bishop Union's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Hunter Dailey, who rushed for 107 yards and one TD. Emory Dondero was another key player, rushing for 25 yards and one touchdown.

Bishop Union didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Elliott Douda and Chucky Delgado.

The victory got Bishop Union back to even at 1-1. As for Mission College Prep, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bishop Union will venture away from home to challenge Garces Memorial at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Mission College Prep, they are headed away from home for the first time to take on Kern Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
