Football Recap: Auburn's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road + How To Watch

Auburn and Gloucester squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Auburn had to settle for second. They lost 20-0 to the Fishermen. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Rockets were not able to get on the board.

Despite the loss, Auburn still got an impressive performance from Bradyn Belanger, who rushed for 103 yards.

Joseph Allen was his usual excellent self, rushing for 77 yards and one TD for Gloucester.

Auburn's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-3. As for Gloucester, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-2.

Looking ahead, after both having extra time off, Auburn and Grafton will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th. As for Gloucester, they will face off against Foxborough at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Fishermen 13, the Warriors 11.9) so any points scored will be well earned.
