Soccer Recap: Zion-Benton Now 7-1 over Last Eight Games + How To Watch

There's no place like home for Zion-Benton, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They never let the Warren Township Blue Devils get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory on Thursday. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Zion-Benton's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois soccer rankings (they are ranked 31st, while Warren Township are ranked 105th).

Zion-Benton has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season. As for Warren Township, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Zion-Benton will be taking part in a tournament against Oswego at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. As for Warren Township, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Mundelein at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
