Basketball Recap: Hardee Wildcats vs. Babcock Trailblazers
Hardee had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 58-37 to the Babcock Trailblazers on Friday. The Wildcats just can't catch a break and have now endured 11 losses in a row dating back to last season.
Jameson Habing had a dynamite game for Babcock, dropping a double-double on 22 points and 12 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Rylen McKee, who went 6 for 11 en route to 13 points plus seven rebounds.
The win got Babcock back to even at 1-1.
Hardee will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Lake Placid at 7:30 p.m. on December 5th. As for Babcock, they will challenge LaBelle at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
