Softball Game Preview: Indian Creek Redskins vs. Edison Wildcats

The Indian Creek Redskins will face off against the Edison Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

After dropping their season opener at home, Edison is headed out to face a Redskins team ready to give their home crowd a win. Indian Creek lost 16-4 to Weir on Monday.

Riley Sadler was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run while going 3-for-4. Those three hits gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Emma Vok, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Edison made easy work of Brooke on Monday and carried off a 10-1 victory. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Bruins: they've now won five in a row.

Indian Creek beat Edison 15-12 in their previous meeting back in April of 2024. Will Indian Creek repeat their success, or does Edison has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
