Basketball Recap: Westmoreland Christian Academy's Victory on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Five

Westmoreland Christian Academy extended their winning streak to five games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Titus Kail. The Eagles simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat Champion Christian 65-26 thanks in part to Kail, who dropped a double-double with 19 points and 12 steals. Kail is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least five every time he's taken the court this season.

Another player making a difference was Hunter Morrison, who almost dropped a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 2.5 steals per game.

Westmoreland Christian Academy's record is now 4-0. As for Champion Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
