Baseball Recap: King's Fork Comes Up Short

King's Fork lost against Lakeland back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. King's Fork came up short against Lakeland, falling 10-1.

King's Fork saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Josh Harris, who went 2-for-3 with two doubles.

King's Fork's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Lakeland, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. King's Fork will challenge Norview at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lakeland, they will square off against Manor at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
