Softball Recap: Bartlett Comes Up Short

Bartlett lost against Auburn back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Indians fell 8-4 to the Rockets. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Julia Urato made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 4-for-4 with three stolen bases, one triple, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Taryn Gerber, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double.

Bartlett's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Auburn, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bartlett will host Worcester Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Auburn, they will welcome Blackstone-Millville at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
