Basketball Recap: Hazel Park Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Coura Ndiaye and Lillian Griffiths

Hazel Park lost against Sterling Heights back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Hazel Park Vikings lost 46-22 to the Sterling Heights Stallions. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hazel Park's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Lillian Griffiths, who posted six points, and Coura Ndiaye, who put up five points.

Hazel Park's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Sterling Heights, they moved to 1-3 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Hazel Park will welcome Lakeview at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sterling Heights will take on Fitzgerald in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
