Soccer Recap: Holy Redeemer Takes a Loss

Holy Redeemer lost against Lake-Lehman back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Royals came up short against the Knights, falling 3-0. While losing is never fun, Holy Redeemer can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 235th, while Lake-Lehman are ranked 82nd).

Holy Redeemer has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5-1 record this season. As for Lake-Lehman, they pushed their record up to 6-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Holy Redeemer has already played their next contest, a 4-3 win against Southern Columbia Area on the 13th. As for Lake-Lehman, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 3-2 victory against Dallas on the 13th.
