Basketball Game Preview: Lowndes Vikings vs. Worth County Rams

The Lowndes Vikings will take on the Worth County Rams in a tournament on Friday.

Lowndes is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Bradwell Institute just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a 61-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tigers.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Worth County, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They took their matchup on Saturday with ease, bagging a 58-23 victory over Irwin County. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Rams considering their 24-point performance the contest before.

Lowndes' loss dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Worth County, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-4.
