Volleyball Recap: Argo Now 11-1 over Last 12 Games

Argo saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top against the Naperville Central Redhawks by a score of 2-0.

Christian Zubek paced Argo's offense, picking up ten kills. Zubek got some help from Sebastian Pardol and his 11 assists. Pardol was also solid from the service line: he led the team with four aces.

Argo is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-6 record this season. As for Naperville Central, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.

Argo didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Oswego East on the 26th. As for Naperville Central, they will square off against Glenbard East at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
