Englewood kept a clean sheet against Jefferson on Wednesday. They blew past the Saints 6-0. Give Englewood's defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Jaqeuline Valente Guerrero and Allison Ruiz Reed scored all six of Englewood's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 21 goals.

Englewood's victory bumped their record up to 5-1-2. As for Jefferson, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-3 record this season.

Englewood will challenge Sheridan at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Englewood will be up against Sheridan's rather soft defense (which has allowed 7.71 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Jefferson, they will face off against Middle Park at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
