Big game from Owens as Nease won 55-49
McKenna Owens was a major factor in Nease's victory over Creekside on Thursday. Owens did her part (and then some), scoring 16 points along with seven steals and five rebounds in the 55-49 win.
Owens and Nease won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Stanton at 7:30 p.m. on January 26th. Owens will face off against Gabrielle Fajardo on Friday, Stanton's star point guard. Will Owens turn in another gem to overcome Nease? We'll have our answer very soon.
