Basketball Recap: Iota Takes a Loss

After flying high against Eunice last Monday, Iota came back down to earth. The Iota Bulldogs took a 39-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Northwest Raiders. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Raiders apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Iota has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record this season. As for Northwest, they pushed their record up to 18-5 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

Iota has already played their next contest (against Pine Prairie), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Northwest has also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against East Feliciana.
