McAllen stacked a 12th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Valley View Tigers a 17-0 shutout. The victory was nothing new for McAllen as they're now sitting on five straight.

Sarah Menard was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Menard has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive pitching appearances. Menard was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.

In other batting news, Giada Farias was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, five RBI, and three runs. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times she's played.
