Football Preview: Venice Gondoliers vs. Palisades Dolphins
Venice and Palisades are an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2015, but not for long. The Gondoliers will host the Dolphins at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Venice not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since October 11, 2024 (when they won 42-0). They were the clear victors by a 27-7 margin over University. The win continues a trend for the Gondoliers in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won nine in a row.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Venice to victory, but perhaps none more so than Bennett Dome, who threw for 137 yards and three touchdowns. Those three passing touchdowns gave Dome a new career-high.
