Softball Recap: Johnston City Indians vs. Vienna Eagles
While Johnston City's win against Vienna wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Indians sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 13-11 victory over the Eagles on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Indians sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.
Zoee Cullum was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with three runs and one triple. That triple was her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Makenzie Mowery, who went 1-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.
