After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Norwell, Pentucket Regional was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Triton Regional Vikings a 26-0 shutout. Considering Pentucket Regional has won five matchups by more than 19 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Pentucket Regional has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 14.0 points on average over those games. As for Triton Regional, they dropped their record down to 4-7 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.
