Football Recap: Corunna Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Corunna extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to four on Friday, dropping them down to 0-3. They lost 46-22 to the Clio Mustangs. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Cavaliers came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 113th, while the Mustangs are ranked 371st).

As for Clio, they pushed their record up to 3-0 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Fans of they have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

D'Marion Erlenbeck had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 159 yards and four TDs while picking up 9.4 yards per carry, and also threw for 31 yards and one touchdown. His rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 108 rushing yards dating back to last season. Jayden Kohn also helped out as he racked up 117 rushing yards.
