It was a good run, but Pickerington North unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Monday. They lost 16-1 to the Olentangy Braves.

Pickerington North saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Addison Mickey, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run.

Pickerington North's defeat dropped their record down to 10-14. As for Olentangy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pickerington North will challenge Logan Elm at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Olentangy, they will take on New Albany at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Braves' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Eagles have averaged an impressive 7.3 runs per game this season.
