Recap: Foundation Collegiate Academy Wolves vs. Kohelet Yeshiva
The Foundation Collegiate Academy Wolves were the 72-51 winner over Kohelet Yeshiva when they last played one another back in January of 2018, but their luck changed this time around. Foundation Collegiate Academy's rough 65-45 loss to Kohelet Yeshiva on Tuesday might stick with them for a while.
Kohelet Yeshiva got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Asher Kahlon out in front who scored 26 points. The matchup was Kahlon's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Izzy Weiner, who scored 19 points.
Foundation Collegiate Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Kohelet Yeshiva, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Foundation Collegiate Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Girard College at 4:00 p.m. on January 4, 2024. Kohelet Yeshiva will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Community Academy of Philadelphia at 4:00 p.m. on December 14th.
