Football Recap: Lindsay Falls to Arvin in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Lindsay had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They took a 31-13 bruising from the Arvin Bears. The Cardinals were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bears apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Andrew Rosales had a dynamite game For Arvin., throwing for 268 yards and a pair of touchdowns while picking up 12.8 yards per attempt, and also rushing for 33 yards and one TD. Those 268 passing yards gave Rosales a new career-high.

Looking ahead, Lindsay will challenge Morro Bay at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Arvin, they will take on Shafter at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
