McAdoo leads East to win at Jordan Brand Classic

Future North Carolina Tar Heel James McAdoo scored 26 points and grabbed 14 rebounds Saturday night to lead the East to a 113-109 victory at the Jordan Brand Classic in Charlotte, N.C.

McAdoo, named a second-team All-American by MaxPreps.com earlier this week, earned co-MVP honors along with Kentucky signee Anthony Davis, who led the West with a game-high 29 points and 11 rebounds.

National Player of the Year Austin Rivers added 16 points for the East and Pittsburgh signee Khem Birch contributed to the victory with five blocked shots.

Tony Wroten Jr. joined Davis as a standout for the West with 16 points and 10 assists.
