Fredericktown wins going away against Bismarck

The third road matchup was the charm for the Fredericktown Black Cats, as they earned their first road win of the season. They enjoyed a cozy 55-38 win over Bismarck on Tuesday. That's two games straight that Fredericktown has won by exactly 17 points.

Bismarck's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Sven Wilson, who scored 25 points along with six rebounds and three blocks, and Daven Miller who scored 11 points along with eight rebounds and six assists. Wilson scored a full 65.8% of Bismarck's points, the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.

The victory got Fredericktown back to even at 3-3. As for Bismarck, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fredericktown will take on Valle Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Bismarck, they will head out on the road to face off against Viburnum at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Viburnum comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
