There's no place like home for Yreka, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They blew past the Lassen Grizzlies 3-0 on Thursday. The Miners haven't had any issues with the Grizzlies recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Yreka was: they took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-15, 25-14.

Lassen's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Madison McCracken, who had 18 digs, and Amelia Molina, who had 12 digs.

Yreka's win bumped their record up to 13-10. As for Lassen, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-13.

Yreka and Lassen could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings.
