Granite Falls was handed a heart-breaking three-point loss in their last match, but they sure didn't let that happen against Summit Sierra on Friday. The Granite Falls Tigers really took it to the Summit Sierra Spartans for the full four quarters, racking up a 70-38 victory. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 24 points or more this season.

Granite Falls has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a massive bump to their 7-7 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 25.8 points. As for Summit Sierra, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Granite Falls will take on South Whidbey at 6:45 p.m. on January 24th. As for Summit Sierra, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Summit Atlas at 5:15 p.m. on January 30th.
