The Teutopolis Wooden Shoes will face off against the Mt. Zion Braves at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Mt. Zion took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Teutopolis, who comes in off a win.

Teutopolis is headed into the matchup having just posted their closest victory since December 27, 2024 on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 54-51 win over Champaign Central. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wooden Shoes.

Mt. Zion has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They took a 66-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of Niles North on Saturday. While the Braves didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Vikings 16-8 in the first quarter.

Teutopolis is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season. As for Mt. Zion, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 14-6.
