Volleyball Recap: Malad's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

Malad lost against Idaho Falls back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Dragons fell 2-0 to the Tigers. The loss put an end to the Dragons' undefeated start to the season.

Idaho Falls can attribute much of their success to Addison Bowen, who had 16 digs. That's the most digs Bowen has posted since back in November of 2024.

Having lost for the first time this season, Malad fell to 3-1. As for Idaho Falls, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Malad will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Bear Lake at 7:00 p.m. on September 3. As for Idaho Falls, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Pocatello on the 23rd.
