Case Anders Goes Supernova in Golden West Victory
Golden West picked up their seventh consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Case Anders. Anders turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 137 yards and two touchdowns, while also picking up 55 receiving yards. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
Anders is probably looking forward to his next game, a road matchup against Monache on Friday. Anders rushed for 223 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.0 yards per carry the last time he and the Marauders duked it out back in September of 2023.

Monache Gets a Boost from Baxter in 24-7 Victory
Ty Baxter was a major factor in Monache's win over Mt. Whitney on Friday. Baxter did his part (and then some), rushing for 102 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries for the 'W'.
If history really does repeat itself, Baxter might just drop another big game when he faces off against Golden West on Friday. Baxter rushed for 78 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 70 receiving yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Trailblazers duked it out back in September of 2023.

Burk Posts Huge Game in 23-7 Loss
Redwood had to settle for second on Friday, but Jimmie Burk sure wasn't going down easily. Despite the defeat, Burk was still balling out as he rushed for 94 yards and a touchdown on only 13 carries.
This year, Burk has run in 13 touchdowns while averaging 112 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after eight games last season, he had five rushing touchdowns.
