Football Recap: Lincoln West Takes a Loss

Lincoln West's game on Friday was all tied up 14-14 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They took a 35-28 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Rhodes Rams. The Wolverines have struggled against the Rams recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Lincoln West's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Rhodes, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Lincoln West is set to square off against their familiar foe John Adams at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Rhodes will face off against rival John F. Kennedy at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
