Baseball Recap: Old Colony RVT's Victory on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Old Colony RVT waltzed into their game on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They never let the Norfolk County Agricultural Rams get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. That's two games straight that the Cougars have won by exactly ten runs.

Old Colony RVT let Kyle Boucher and Colin Monahan run wild. Boucher went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI, while Monahan went a perfect 1-for-1 with two runs and one triple. Those two stolen bases gave Boucher a new career-high. Michael Tomkiewicz was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Old Colony RVT was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .417. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .417 or higher in three consecutive matches.

Old Colony RVT's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-5.
