Meanwhile, after a string of six wins, Morrisville-Eaton's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They were dealt a 50-6 defeat at the hands of Frankfort-Schuyler. Morrisville-Eaton was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-0.
The losses dropped Sauquoit Valley to 5-3 and Morrisville-Eaton to 6-1.
Sauquoit Valley was taken down by Morrisville-Eaton 42-12 when the teams last played back in September of 2022.
