Basketball Recap: Richards Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Richards came into Friday's game having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They secured a 65-61 W over the Bremen Braves on Friday. For the Bulldogs, this counts as revenge for the 56-50 victory the Braves walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February.

Richards' win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-6. As for Bremen, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 2-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Richards will be home for the holidays to greet Crete-Monee at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bremen, they will welcome College Prep of America at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
