Basketball Game Preview: T.W. Andrews Red Raiders vs. Walkertown Wolfpack

T.W. Andrews hasn't had much luck against Walkertown recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The T.W. Andrews Red Raiders will look to defend their home court against the Walkertown Wolfpack at 7:30 p.m.

On Wednesday, T.W. Andrews ended up a good deal behind High Point Central and lost 62-47. The contest marked the Red Raiders' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Meanwhile, Walkertown took their game on Thursday with ease, bagging a 74-43 victory over McMichael. With the Wolfpack ahead 39-16 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Walkertown's win came from a few key players T.W. Andrews will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Ricco Daniels, who went 5 of 12 en route to 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kenan Grady, who went 6 for 8 on his way to 17 points and seven rebounds.

The win made it two in a row for Walkertown and bumps their season record up to 6-7. As for T.W. Andrews, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6.

T.W. Andrews might still be hurting after the 86-63 loss they got from Walkertown in their previous matchup back in February of 2024. Can T.W. Andrews avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
