Football Game Preview: Avalon vs. Royalty Institute

Royalty Institute is hoping to patch up the holes in a defense that has allowed an average of 35.89 points per contest. They will square off against Avalon on Friday. Neither the Kings nor Avalon could muster much offensive firepower in their last games, so look to the defense to decide this one.

Royalty Institute took a serious blow against St. Frances Academy last week, falling 65 to nothing.

Meanwhile, Avalon found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 30-8 punch to the gut against Buckingham Browne & Nichols two weeks ago.

With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
