Soccer Recap: Anderson Prep Academy Takes a Loss

There was early excitement for Anderson Prep Academy after they claimed the first goal on Tuesday, however, they wouldn't score again. They fell just short of the Eastern Comets by a score of 2-1. That's two games in a row now that Anderson Prep Academy have lost by just one goal.

This is the second loss in a row for Anderson Prep Academy and nudges their season record down to 4-7. As for Eastern, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-3-1.

Coming up, Anderson Prep Academy will head out to take on Union City at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Anderson Prep Academy's defense better be ready for this one: Union City have averaged an impressive 4.8 goals per game this season. As for Eastern, they will host Sheridan at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
