Recap: Post Falls Trojans vs. Lewiston Bengals
The Post Falls Trojans had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They had just enough and edged Lewiston out 60-58. The win was just what Post Falls needed coming off of a 68-37 loss in their prior contest.
Brooklynn Brennan continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 23 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Katie Berg, who scored ten points along with seven rebounds.
Post Falls' victory bumped their record up to 8-14. As for Lewiston, their defeat was their ninth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-16.
Post Falls will take on Lake City at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Post Falls will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Idaho Rankings (they are ranked 42nd, while Lake City is ranked second). Lewiston does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
