Basketball Recap: Golder Falls Short of the Noble Academy in the Playoffs

Golder and The Noble Academy squared off in some playoff action on Sunday, but Golder had to settle for second. They fell just short of The Noble Academy Griffins by a score of 28-25. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Griffins: they've now lost three in a row.

Diana Gidey was the offensive standout of the match as she posted 13 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of The Noble Academy's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Noelia Santiago, who earned seven points.

Golder's defeat dropped their record down to 6-18. As for The Noble Academy, their record is now 2-10.
