Cameron lost a heartbreaker when they last took the court, but unfortunately for them the defeat they were handed on on Thursday was a bit more commanding. They were outmatched by Braymer on the road and fell 70-36.

Meanwhile, Chillicothe had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.2 points), and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They strolled past Marshall with points to spare, taking the game 62-47. Given Chillicothe's advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 64th, while Marshall is ranked 366th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
