Soccer Recap: Cypress Springs Takes a Loss

Cypress Springs was the 1-0 winner over Waller when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Cypress Springs Panthers fell just short of the Waller Bulldogs by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday.

Cypress Springs' record is now 3-12. As for Waller, with the victory, they broke their 17-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-17.

Looking ahead, Cypress Springs will head out on the road to face off against Cypress Lakes at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Waller, they will host Cypress Park at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Waller's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for 18 straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
