Basketball Recap: Tri County Area Comes Up Short

Tri County Area was the 52-47 winner over Chippewa Hills when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Tri County Area Vikings fell to the Chippewa Hills Warriors 45-40. The Vikings just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Tri County Area's record is now 3-14. As for Chippewa Hills, their victory bumped their record up to 3-15.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tri County Area will welcome Central Montcalm at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chippewa Hills, they will challenge Lakeview at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing isn't great for Chippewa Hills: they have been struggling with 17 straight losses at home dating back to last season, while Lakeview has snatched up three consecutive wins on the road.
