Holden entered their tilt with L.W. Higgins on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Hurricanes with a sharp 13-3 victory. The Rockets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by ten runs or more this season.

Holden's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for L.W. Higgins, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Holden will venture away from home to square off against Sulphur at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for L.W. Higgins, they will face off against Hammond at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
