Meanwhile, Finney/Northstar Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch last Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 47-6 loss at the hands of Oakfield-Alabama/Elba. The game marked the Falcons' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Bishop Kearney's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Finney/Northstar Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.
