Auburn came out on top against Opelika on Thursday thanks in part to Antwane Daniels's efforts. Daniels scored a run while getting on base in two of his four plate appearances, which was good enough to also set a new career-high in RBI.

Daniels' strong effort led Auburn over Opelika and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Tigers are a perfect 9-0 against the Bulldogs going back to March of 2022, a lead they'll look to extend.
